Important Service Update

We are working on improving our delivery experience and will be temporarily discontinuing our services in some localities. It has been a difficult decision for us to make, and we are committed to return with an even better product for you in the near future.

We will still continue food delivery in the following localities of Mumbai –

If our services are being discontinued in your locality, we advise you to use your TinyOwl rewards before 22 May. However, you will still be able to use TinyOwl rewards when you order from the active localities (mentioned above).

What will happen to my MyWallet balance?

MyWallet is powered by Citrus Cash wallet. You can use your remaining balance to order from TinyOwl from the active localities (mentioned above). You can also use the balance to pay on any platform where Citrus Cash is accepted. If you wish to withdraw the balance to your bank account, you can do so by going to Menu > MyWallet > Withdraw money.

What about my saved information (addresses, cards, etc.)?

Your information is safe with us. This will help you order from TinyOwl when we start our services in your locality in the future. Your privacy is very important to us, and we take utmost care to protect your data.

So, except for South Mumbai, no other areas are currently served by TinyOwl at present.

As per an interview with Medianama, company’s co-founder Harshvardhan Mandad, said that they have done so as they want to launch “fully delivery” with Roadrunnr. Essentially, TinyOwl wants to have their own delivery boys to deliver the food to customers. Mandad also mentioned that within 2-4 months, the service will be relaunched in Mumbai, Bangalore and other cities. As far as the funds go, they are looking for next round of funding. Currently, the startup has enough money which will suffice them till December 2016.

We will update you once we have more details!
