Employee Union NITES has already shot a letter to the Labor Commissioner, even as US Govt has started its investigation.

Alleged Scam Of Exusia India
Exusia is an IT services firm, which “was founded in 2012 in New York City with its Americas headquarters in Miami (United States), European headquarters in London (United Kingdom), African headquarters in Johannesburg (South Africa), and Asian headquarters in Pune (India) with delivery centers in Pune (India), Gurugram (India), Hyderabad (India), Bangalore (India) and Chennai (India).” (from the website)
Several Indian employees from Exusia India have lodged complaints in India and the US regarding their alleged illegal activities.
As per the allegations levied against them, the management of Exusia has been exploiting Indian employees who were sent to the US on an H1B visa.
US Dept of Labor has already started an investigation after an employee named Ganesh Darekar lodged a formal complaint.
Meanwhile, the employees have alleged that the company is refusing to pay their PF amount and illegally sending money to their US offices.
NITES Files Complaint
Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate or NITES, which is a leading and prominent employee union based in Pune, has already filed a complaint with the Labor Commissioner’s office.
Harpreet Singh Saluja, President, Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate NITES said, “NITES exposes Exusia India Pvt Ltd, an ISO 27001 certified IT Services firm. The company has been illegally siphoning funds from India to Miami, Florida, USA. The company was exploiting H1B visa provisions for employees who were transferred from India to the USA for which US Department of Labour has initiated an investigation. The company has been deducting TDS from employees’ salaries but was not submitting to the Income tax department. The company also missed appropriating the provident fund deducted from employees’ salary. The organization is also involved in violation of various Labour laws and has not paid FnF & statutory gratuity amount to a lot of employees. Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate NITES submitted complaints about the same to the Income tax department, Employees Provident Fund Organization EPFO & Ministry of Labour and Employment Government of Maharashtra. On NITES complaints the Income tax department has forwarded the case to Director General of Income Tax Pune, The EPFO & Labour Commissioner Office Pune has issued a notice to the company.”
