Infosys has set a target of delivering 33% of its work by leveraging flexible/remote work options by 2030, showcasing its long-term commitment to a hybrid work model.
The company has strategically expanded its operations to tier-2 and tier-3 cities, opening new offices in Visakhapatnam and Coimbatore, to cater to employees’ preference for remote work from their base locations.
Infosys has set up smaller offices within tier-1 cities, such as the North Gate office in Bengaluru, to reduce the travel burden on employees and tap into local talent pools.

This approach contrasts with other IT firms, like TCS, that have been enforcing stricter return-to-office policies, highlighting Infosys’ focus on employee experience.
