It appears that some companies go above and beyond to reward their employees with jaw-dropping bonuses.

Innovative Way To Award Employees

In one such occurrence, a viral video shared on social media shows employees of a Chinese company stacking and counting cash kept on a table.

Interestingly, one such company from China has organised a party and decided to arrange a competition to determine which employee would get what amount.

Yess, you read right! The management of a crane company laid S$11 million in cash on a table.

Making it more interesting, the company asked the employees to “take as much cash as they want” within 15 minutes.

You can witness it in a video of the event by Henan Mining Crane Co., Ltd which was shared on Chinese social media sites Douyin and Weibo.

It was also posted on Instagram.

In this video, there is a huge table which is filled with money and surrounded by the employees.

After that, the employees started counting the cash to take home their bonuses.

To our surprise even one person managed to count $100K yuan (S$18.7K) worth of cash in 15 minutes, as reported by the media report.

Moving ahead,  employees stacked up cash and counted the money as fast as possible.

In one of the videos which was shared on the platforms had an interesting caption as “Henan company is giving out millions for its year-end bonus. Employees can bring home as much cash as they can count.”

After reading this, if you are interested to take a look at the video as it has surprised everyone, you can see it here.

Social Media Reactions

In response to this video, people started  posting varied comments while expressing their surprise or sharing jokes.

One such individual expressed, “Same as my company. But instead of money, they give tons of workload.”

“This is the kind of paperwork I want, but the company had other plans,” added another one.

One criticised saying, “You can just credit into the worker’s accounts instead of this circus act. Kind of insulting. But it’s a different world behind the Great Wall.”

“More of this and less of team bonding, ” another said.

This is not the first time as it appears that the company distributed a large amount of money among employees during an annual dinner in 2023.
