Nokia 8110 was launched in 1996, as part of their high end 8000 series phone. It gained popularity in the movie Matrix. It became a cult. Almost. But soon, the onslaught of smartphones overshadowed the once sleek Nokia 8110.

The Nokia 2 will be the cheapest offering from Nokia, who have been concentrating on mid-range & premium smartphones segment. It is expected to do well.

HMD Global has formally confirmed that all the upcoming and already launched Nokia smartphones will get Android O as well as Android P updates.

The Nokia 5 will face-off against the likes of Redmi Note 4, Honor 6X, Lenovo Zuk Z2 Plus and Moto G5 which are already available and established in the market.
