TCS Is Hiring MBA Graduates Aged Less Than 28 Years; Only 2020, 2021, 2022 MBA Graduates Eligible! (How To Apply?)

India’s biggest IT services provider, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is inviting candidates who have done post-graduation in management and  can join the company in the upcoming financial year 2022-23.

The online registration for this role is restarted for now. But, the last date to apply for the role is not clear. Candidates can keep a check on the date here.

The company stated on the ad page that “TCS’ Management Hiring initiative is open for all management graduates who can join our workforce in financial Year 2022-23.

Eligibility Criteria For TCS MBA Hiring

1. Applicants’ minimum age should be 18 years, while the maximum age should be 28 years.
2. Applicants’ should have completed two years of full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA)/Master of Management Studies (MMS)/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics (PGDBA)/Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in marketing or finance or operations supply chain management or information technology or general management or business analytics or project management.
3. Candidates must be from Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) background before pursuing MBA.
4. Students who have graduated in the 2020, 2021, and 2022 batches are eligible.
5. Students must not have any backlogs when they appear for the selection process.
6. The overall academic gap should not be more than two years. It is compulsory for students to declare gaps in education if any and should provide valid reasons supported by document proof.

Step 2. Register and apply for the TCS MBA Hiring.

Scenario A. If you are a registered user, please login and proceed to complete the application form. Upon submission, kindly click on ‘Apply For Drive’

Scenario B. If you are a new user, please click on Register Now, select the category ‘IT’ and fill in your details. Submit your application form and then click on ‘Apply For Drive’

Step 3. Choose your mode of test as Remote and then click on ‘Apply’

Step 4. To confirm your status, click on ‘Track Your Application’. The status must reflect as ‘Applied for Drive’.

TCS added 28,238 people in the third quarter, December 2021 ending quarter, a mix of fresh engineering graduates and lateral hires with a consolidated headcount of above 5 lakhs with a diverse workforce that includes 147 nationalities.

TCS hired over 1 lakh employees in 2022 and plans to hire over 40,000 freshers in the first quarter of the current fiscal year 2023.

As of right now, the company has 592,195 employees on its payroll with over 200,000 women who make up 35.6% of its workforce.
