Google’s Ambarish Kenghe said at the company’s annual Google for India event that Google Pay users in India will soon be able to split bills with pals.

What The Fish Is Bill Split Option?
A bill can be split with up to 20 persons.
Google Pay will soon allow customers in India to split bills as announced at the Google for India 2021 event.
So you are at a restaurant and you want to spilt Rs 5000 on lunch with 5 of your friends. Now you can use the Gpay app’s Group and make the payment and divide it into five halves.

Gpay “Split Bill” Feature Release Date
Google hasn’t provided a firm release date for the functionality. However, we anticipate that it will be available to users in the following days.
