Group Of Doctors Move The Supreme Court; Here’s Why
As per reports a group of doctors moved the Supreme Court and asked for the postponement of the examination. They stated in their plea that the candidates who were to appear for this exam are busy treating the COVID-19 infected patients daily.
In the petition, the doctors have also stated that the condition was not as bad in January when the exam was canceled for the first time.
The exam is conducted by the national board of examination and admit cards have also been released by the board already.
In the plea, the doctors have mentioned that there is a sudden jump in the number of COVID-19 cases in the country and a shortage of doctors which makes the notification for the examination on April 18 against the public interest. The plea also referred to the deferment of CBSE class 12 exams
Multiple political leaders have also demanded for the postponement of the NEET PG 2021 exam.
