Realme Race Pro Launch: Price, India Launch, Snapdragon 888, 125W Fast Charging, 108MP Camera
Realme Race launch is tipped to happen after Chinese Spring Festival, also called the Chinese New Year. Realme have already confirmed Realme Race launch before, and leaks have started pouring in since. It will be the first Realme phone to be powered by the Snapdragon 888 SoC. Realme Marketing Communications Director, Song Qi Aric suggested that Realme Race Pro may launch after the Chinese Spring Festival.
While Realme is yet to give an exact Realme Race launch date, the phone should launch in China by the end of February. Realme Race Pro India launch will happen later, probably by April. The leaks suggest the device will be called Realme Race Pro, though there could be a toned-down Realme Race variant as well.
Realme Race Pro will come with 160Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 888 SoC and 125W fast-charging support.
Realme Race Pro and Realme X9 Pro, both the Realme flagships have been earlier leaked. Apart from the Pro models, Realme Race and Realme X9 will also be unveiled as claimed by Frandroid. Realme Race Pro is being tipped to be the most premium model with top-end specifications as 2K display, 160Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 888 SoC, Android 11 OS and 125W fast-charging support.
While Realme is yet to officially confirm, the rumour mill have provided enough details till now.
Realme Race launch date yet is expected between late January and February. The smartphone is expected to launch in India later. Last month, Realme VP Xu Qi Chase teased the key Realme Race specifications along with the design.
The upcoming Realme phone will come with the Qualcomm top-end flagship chip, Snapdragon 888 SoC along with 64MP quad cameras. Tipster Ice Universe leaked out a few key Realme Race specs on Weibo.
Spotted by MySmartPrice, Reame Race specifications include a 5,000mAh battery, Snapdragon 888 chipset and 12GB RAM. A major update, the Realme Snapdragon 888 smartphone will come with the market-best 125W ultra-fast charging support, which can fully charge the phone within 15 minutes.
The device is said to be an enhanced version of OPPO Ace 2. Realme Race launch will first take place in China. The device will come with a circular rear camera module and a hole-punch display upfront.
Leaked Realme Race Pro specs sheet show a 6.8-inch Quad HD+ OLED display offering a screen resolution of 3,200 X 1,440 pixels and 160Hz refresh rate in an 20:9 aspect ratio.
The Realme flagship will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC paired with Adreno 660 GPU with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB / 256GB / 5126GB storage options. The device will run on a 5,000mAh battery with 125W ultra fast-charging support. Realme Race Pro will host a triple-camera setup at the back with a 64MP primary sensor and two 13MP lenses. The phone will sport Android 11 based Realme UI 2.0 custom skin.
