8000 Branches Of BoB, Vijaya, Dena Banks Integrated: New ATM Needed? Bank A/c No., IFSC Code?
Reportedly, the Bank of Baroda (BoB) is finished with the integration/migration of 3898 branches of former Vijaya Bank and Dena Bank with itself.
Successful Integration Of Banks
Prior to this, During September 2020, the bank had completed the integration of 2128 erstwhile Vijaya Bank Branches.
Now it has completed the integration of 1770 erstwhile Dena Bank Branches in December 2020.

The Significance Of Integration
According to Bob, the completion of the integration of erstwhile banks with Bank of Baroda stands completed much before the committed timeline.
After completion of the integration, BoB is India’s country’s third-largest public-sector bank (PSB) by assets.
The merger was also one of its kind considering the scale, as over 5 crore customer accounts were migrated.
Apart from the branches, all the ATMs, POS machines and credit cards have also been migrated successfully.
Now, all the customers of the bank have access to a total of 8248 domestic branches and 10318 ATMs across India, since the integration is completed.
This will help in providing complete access to the entire suite of products and service offerings of Bank of Baroda to its client base, according to BoB.
In addition to that, all the customers will now have access to Bank of Baroda’s Digital Channels including Baroda Connect and M-Connect.
Bank Account, IFSC Code And ATM Card Details
Now, customers, whose accounts have been migrated, can get any information about their accounts such as account number, IFSC code by using any digital channels or call center or any branch, as per BoB.
In the case of Debit Cards, the already issued by the erstwhile Banks will continue to function till the stipulated expiry of the Card reach.
