Air India Will Start Flights From May 16 Under Vande Bharat 2: How To Book Tickets, Cities Covered?
Under Mission Vande Bharat 2, Air India will kickstart bookings of air tickets. This time, flights will take passengers to 31 nations, and is likely to bring back 32,000 stranded Indians.

Vande Bharat 2: Cities Covered
Under Vande Bharat 2, 149 flights will leave India, and bring back more than 30,000 stranded Indians. More than 30 destinations will be covered.
In the second phase, Air India will fly from New Delhi to San Francisco, Moscow, Frankfurt, Paris, Chicago, Singapore, Washington, Narita, Riyadh, London, Vancouver, Melbourne, Jeddah, Dammam, Sydney, Toronto, Abu Dhabi, Dhaka, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Kathmandu, Rome, Muscat, Cebu, Tbilisi and Rome.
Between May 18th to June 3, 32,000 Indians stranded across Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Riyadh, Dammam, Abu Dhabi, Jakarta, San Francisco, Sydney, Singapore, Jakarta, Moscow, Frankfurt, Chicago, Kyiv, Almaty, Yerevan, Dushanbe, Bishkek, Karaganda, Paris and Birmingham will be flown back to India.

While returning, these same flights will bring back stranded Indians back.
Success Of Vande Bharat 1 Mission
Under Vande Bharat 1 mission, which ended on May 14th, 8000 Indians have been flown back via 64 flights from cities such as Bahrain, Newark, Manila, Dubai, Muscat, Singapore, Dhaka, Dammam and Kuala Lumpur.
Aviation minister Hardeep Singh Puri said: “Mission Vande Bharat continues to fly high with flights that spread hope and happiness. 2171 Indians have returned on-board 11 flights from Bahrain, Newark, Manila, Dubai, Muscat, Singapore, Dhaka, Dammam and Kuala Lumpur till midnight 12th May 2020.”
