Two New Realme Smartphones Certified: Realme 6, Realme U2 Launch Soon?
Two new Realme smartphones have been spotted on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) database in the US. The company is supposedly working on two new different smartphones with model numbers: RMX2063 and RMX2001.
The leaked Realme smartphones have been confirmed to have the latest Android 10.
The company recently unveiled Realme UI based out of ColorOS 7 running on Android 10.
The FCC listing also reveals a 4,300mAh battery. In India, the leaked Realme smartphone with model number RMX2061 has reportedly already received a BIS certification.
Some hint at the smartphones being Realme 6 and the upcoming Realme U-series phone, Realme U2. The second device could be Realme 6 Pro as well, as the company previously launched the last Pro model alongside the standard model: Realme 5 and Realme 5 Pro.
Realme 6 Specs, Realme 6 Pro Specs: Top Features, Details
The upcoming Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro both have been leaked on a couple of occasions now, revealing some crucial and key specifications. The Realme 6 details previously leaked are in line with the current rumours, and we have a fair idea about the device.
The leaked Realme 6 live images show a new display design, an upgrade over the current water drop notch. The upcoming Realme 6 will have a punch-hole cutout with slim bezels and thin chin. A similar design is expected on Realme 6 Pro.
The punch hole on Realme 6 remains in the top middle part and not on any side. The company may finally unleash a Full HD+ display this time. Realme 6 Pro will feature a similar punch-hole display design. The company recently unveiled Realme X50 with a dual punch-hole display design.
Realme 6 was previously leaked to have a Penta camera setup running on a Snapdragon 710 processor, and they seem legit. The retail box leak is in line with the other leaks with the new additional display design technology.
Realme 6 Pro may run on Snapdragon 730, or the recently launched Snapdragon 720G.
As an upgrade over the current Realme 5 series, Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro will come with a penta camera setup at the back. Realme 5 series feature quad camera set-ups which have a primary camera sensor with three additional sensors.
The three lenses include an ultra wide angle lens, a macro lens and a depth sensor for portrait shots.
The fifth additional lens on Realme 6 could be a ToF sensor for depth mapping or a dedicated zoom lens for enhanced digital zooming.
The company is known to bring in flagship features to budget smartphones, and the recent flagships offer high-end zooming functions with dedicated periscope infused zoom lens.
Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro will have five cameras at the back with different sensors for different purposes.
Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro will support fast charging, probably the same 20W VOOC 3.0 fast charging technology.
As Realme 5, the Realme 6 will also don a massive battery, at least a 5,000mAh unit. FCC listing also reveals a 4,300mAh battery, which maybe Realme 6 Pro. The company will ship the 20W fast charger with the box for and Realme 6 Pro, and a similar one is expected in 2020 with Realme 6.

Coming to the Realme 6 launch, the current leaks suggest that Realme 6 India launch may happen in 2020. With the new leaks coming in, and Realme 6 launch in India will probably happen in the first quarter of 2020.
Similarly, Realme 6 Pro India launch will happen soon, probably by the end of first quarter 2020.
Realme has upgraded its smartphones in quick intervals, and the Realme 6 launch is expected to be imminent.

Realme will follow the same legacy with the pricing strategy as other budget devices. The company will again bring Realme 6 in the same pricing range as Realme 5. So, the Realme 6 India price is expected at under Rs 10,000 for the base model.

Realme 6 Pro India price may start at Rs 13,999 or Rs 14,999, but it will not cost more than 15000 in India.
Realme 6 will be directly challenging the recently launched Redmi Note 8. The company will probably ditch the 32GB model this time with Realme 6.
The leaked details on Weibo suggest Realme 6 price at RMB 1,000 (around INR 10,000). Realme 6 Indian price with 64GB storage may start at Rs 9,999. The device will then become the most affordable punch hole display smartphone in the country.
