Just some days back we informed you about the Amazon’s Freedom Sale 2019, celebrating of India’s 73rd Independence Day. It will start from August 8 and continuing upto August 11. Giving strong competition to it, Flipkart is all set to take on Amazon’s Freedom Sale with its Big Freedom Sale, i.e., Flipkart’s National Shopping Days sale.
It will start on Thursday, August 8 and continue till Saturday, August 10. Like always, it will start one day prior for its Flipkart Plus members starting 8pm on August 7. Just like Amazon, Flipkart has with ICICI Bank, providing its card holders an instant 10% discount during this sale.
The National Shopping Days sale on Flipkart will offer discounts on mobile phones, tablets, laptops, TVs, speakers, and other popular product categories. Flipkart will also run flash sales during the National Shopping Days sale with extra discount on select products.
Ahead of the sale Flipkart has revealed some deals that will be available during the National Shopping Days sale.
Smartphones
A teaser page on the online marketplace claims the sale will offer ‘lowest prices on bestsellers‘.
- Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro will sell with extra Rs 1,000 exchange during the Flipkart sale. The Redmi Note 7 Pro sells for Rs 13,999 in the country.
- Redmi Note 7S will be available for lower price of Rs 9,999 during the sale period.
- The Honor 20i will be sold at a discounted price of Rs. 12,999 (MRP: Rs. 16,999)
- The Realme 3 Pro will be available for Rs 12,999.
- Xiaomi Mi A3 is expected to launch very soon. During the Flipkart National Shopping Days sale the successor device aka Mi A2 will be for lower price of Rs 9,999.
- The Oppo K1 (4GB, 64GB) will be sold at Rs. 12,990 (MRP Rs. 18,990).
- Honor 8C will be available at Rs. 7,999 (MRP Rs. 12,999).
- Nokia 5.1 Plus will be available for Rs 7,999.
- iPhones – both old and new – will be available for lower price. iPhones like iPhone 6, iPhone 7, iPhone 8, iPhone X, and others will sell with a massive discount.
- Asus 5Z will sell for Rs 19,999 and Asus 6Z will be available for Rs 31,999.
- Honor 20 will also be available for lower price of Rs 29,999.
- Samsung’s Galaxy A-series phones will be available with an additional Rs. 3,000 (maximum) as an instant discount with the available bundled exchange offer.
Top Smart TV and laptop deals
Besides mobile phones, Flipkart’s big sale this week will also offer up to 75% off on TVs and other appliances.
- Mi TV 4A Pro with 32-inch display will be available for at least Rs 19,999.
- Ultra Smart 40-inch full-HD LED TV will also be available for at least 19,999.
- Samsung’s new 32-inch HD-ready smart TV will also be available at a discounted price.
- Flipkart will hold a “Limited hour deal” every day at 12 noon for IFFALCON-branded Android TVs.
- Other TV models available on sale would be BPL, Samsung, and more.
- For laptops, buyers can get laptops worth Rs 49,999 from at least Rs 29,990 across brands.
Flipkart also revealed that it will offer a number of pre-sale deals between August 4 till August 6, 2019. The landing page also revealed “extra 20% off” on the sale price between 7:47 PM and 8:19 PM. The company is referring to this as “The Freedom Countdown”. Flipkart will also offer an extra 10% off on the sale price with a new deal every 8 hours.
