It is already known that Oppo is planning to launch its Reno series, Reno and Reno 10X in India. After Realme, Oppo intends to make a separate brand for Reno and launch the phones under this sub-brand.

Now, as per a teaser released by a retail chain store, the date of the launch of the phone has been revealed. The big date of the launch of Oppo Reno smartphone is 28 May.

Yes, the Oppo smartphones will come to India no later than May 28th.

The teaser that was leaked was to be kept under cover, and it is quite similar to the one that was released when Oppo announced its new sub-brand Reno.

Specs and Features of Reno and Reno 10X

Let’s look at the specifications of the Oppo Reno and Oppo Reno 10X Zoom Edition.

Oppo Reno

Oppo Reno is believed to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC. There are three variants of the Oppo Reno X:

6 GB RAM + 128 GB ROM
6 GB RAM + 256GB ROM
8 GB RAM + 256GB ROM

The phone will have a 3,765mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 support. The other features in this phone are ColorOS 6, Dolby Atmos, NFC, and Game Boost 2.0.

Oppo Reno 10X Zoom Edition:

Oppo Reno 10X Zoom Edition will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor. There are three variants of this phone:

6 GB RAM + 128 GB ROM
6 GB RAM + 256 GB ROM
8 GB RAM + 256 GB ROM

The phone is set to be functioning on Android 9.0 Pie update and Color OS 6.0. Some other features that the phone will flaunt are Dolby Atmos sound, a 3.5mm audio jack, dual-frequency GPS, NFC, and Game Boost 2.0.

Oppo Reno 10X Zoom edition will have a 4,065mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 fast charging

The USP of Oppo Reno – Camera

The Oppo Reno 10X Zoom Edition has a 10X lossless zoom, and both the smartphones will come with a shark-fin shaped pop-up selfie camera. The Oppo Reno 10X zoom model has a 48 MP F/1.7 main shooter, a 13 MP F/3.0 periscope camera on the rear and a third wide-angle snapper with 8 MP sensor and F/2.2 aperture.

The Oppo Reno will have a dual camera of 48 MP + 5 MP, and with SuperClear night mode. The selfie camera will be of 16 MP.
