Xiaomi will be finally launching Redmi 6 Series phones in India.
After the success of Poco, Xiaomi is now all set to unleash their 3 models under Redmi 6 series in India.
These three smartphones are: Redmi 6, Redmi 6A and Redmi 6 Pro, and all three of them are blockbuster hits in China.
What is their expected date of launch? And what will be their expected prices?

The Tweet Which Revealed It All!
Xiaomi India MD and Global VP Manu Kumar Jain has posted a tweet, which indicated about the launch of these three smartphones.
We decoded the tweet, and found that indeed, they are about Redmi 6 series.

As we can see, there are three smartphones, against the backdrop of a big 6 written.
Now, one of them has a notch, and two doesnt have: This clearly indicates about Redmi 6 Pro, which has a notch, while Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A doesn’t have one.
Redmi 6, Redmi 6A, Redmi 6 Pro: Date Of Launch?
Xiaomi has sent media invites for the launch of these three Series 6 smartphones, and the date is September 5th.
If we link this info with the teaser tweet, then the dots are indeed connected. Redmi 6, Redmi 6A and Redmi 6 Pro, all three smartphones would be launched on September 5th.
Estimated Price of Redmi 6?
We have already reported about the ‘leak’ of Redmi 6, and have shared the specifications with you.
However, in China, where it was launched in the month of June, it is priced:

| CNY 799 (roughly Rs. 8,400) | CNY 999 (roughly Rs. 10,500) |
Hence, we can expect a pricing between Rs 8000 to Rs 10,500 for this model.
Estimated Price of Redmi 6A?
Redmi 6A was launched along with Redmi 6 in the month of June, in China.
Here is the price of this phone in China:

| CNY 599 (roughly Rs. 6,300) |
In China, only one variant was launched of Redmi 6A. We are expecting it to be priced somewhere between Rs 5000 to Rs 6000 in India.
Estimated Price of Redmi 6 Pro?
Redmi 6 Pro was launched a few weeks after the launch of Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A in China.
We have already reported on its features and specifications, when it was launched in China.
Here are its prices in China:

Now, there are three variants for Redmi 6 Pro, and the price can be set between Rs 10,000 to Rs 13,000 in India.
Their previous variants: Redmi 5 and Redmi 5A, both were extremely popular in India, and Redmi 6 series was being awaited keenly.
