Vodafone Partners Flipkart To Offer 4G Smartphones At Rs 999!

It seems like bundled smartphones and cashbacks are the order of the day in the Indian telecom industry. Now, Vodafone has teamed up with Flipkart to offer affordable 4G smartphones at an effective price of Rs. 999/-. Effective because, as is the norm, you have to pay the entire price of the smartphone up front and you will receive cash-backs which will bring down the effective price of the smartphone to Rs. 999/-.

Vodafone, today, announced the exclusive partnership to bring to people an exhaustive range of entry-level smartphones at an effective price of Rs. 999/-. As a part of this offer, Vodafone has announced some exciting cash-back offers which will bring down the prices of these smartphones.

This offer is open to all existing as well as any new Vodafone prepaid customers. Anyone of them who purchase any of the eligible entry-level smartphones will be able to enjoy the cashback offers from Vodafone. This is how it will work;

• After buying any one of the eligible smartphones from Flipkart, all the user has to do is do a minimum recharge of Rs. 150/- in a month. It can also be a series of smaller recharges which total at least Rs. 150/- in a month.
• The user has to do this regularly for 36 months. At the end of 18 months, the user will get a cash-back of Rs. 900/-. After the next 18 months, the user will get a cash-back of Rs. 1,100/- taking the total of cash-back to Rs. 2,000/-.
• These cash-backs will be remitted to the user in their Vodafone mPesa Wallet from where they can use or withdraw the money however they see fit.

The eligible smartphones include ones from brands like Intex, Xolo, Lava, Karbonn, Celkon and iVoomi.

It will also encourage current non users of 4G to upgrade and enjoy a richer user experience with Vodafone SuperNet 4G.”
