Airtel Launches Itel A40 Bundled 4G Smartphone At Rs. 3,099!

Itel has partnered with Airtel to offer their 4G smartphones at discounted prices, bundled with offers from Airtel. Itel is now offering their latest smartphone, the Itel A40 at an effective price of Rs. 3,099/- in partnership with Airtel.

The smartphone has been launched in association with Airtel, who will offer the cash back on the device, provided you need to do the monthly Airtel recharges.

How To Get The Cashback?

The users now need to make a payment of Rs. 4,599/- at the time of buying the Itel A40. They will get Rs. 1,500/- in the form of cashback over a period of next 36 months.

By the end of the first 18 months, the users have to recharge their number with a minimum amount of Rs. 3,000/- in order to be eligible to receive the first instalment of Rs. 500/- of the cashback.

In the next 18 months, users need to complete another set of recharges worth Rs 3,000/- to be eligible for the second instalment of Rs. 1,000/- of the cashback.

So, at the end of 36 months, users will have received the entire cashback of Rs. 1,500/- to bring down the effective price of the Itel A40 to Rs. 3,099/-.

The Itel A40 smartphone will come bundled with monthly recharge packs starting at Rs. 169/- from Airtel.

Users can recharge according to their needs, and there is no mandatory monthly recharge amount. Customers need to do a cumulative recharge of Rs. 3000/- for each of the two instalments of the cashback.

Itel A40 – Specifications & Features

The smartphone will run the latest Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box and will feature a 5-inch FWVGA display on top with a screen resolution of 480×854 pixels.

Under the hood, the device will carry a 1.3GHz quad-core processor which will be coupled with 1GB of RAM. The smartphone will sport a 5-megapixel camera at the back, supported by autofocus coupled with an LED flash.

Up front, the device will come with a 2-megapixel selfie camera, equipped with a selfie flash.

The device will feature 8GB of onboard storage which is further expandable up to 32GB with an external memory card.

Itel A40 will come with 4G VoLTE connectivity alongside Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS/ A-GPS and basic sensors on board. The whole package will be powered by an average 2,400mAh battery unit.

The Itel A40 will be available in Black, Rose Gold and Dark Blue colour options. Itel Mobile is also offering its after-sales support with a service proposition of 100 days replacement warranty on Itel A40.

Vodafone On The Line

Not only Airtel, but Vodafone has also recently partnered Itel Mobile for their budget smartphone cashback programme. Vodafone announced their partnership with the Chinese company who launched the Itel A20 in India with an effective price of Rs. 1,590/-.

Airtel-Samsung Cashback Offer

Early this week, Airtel also partnered with Samsung and are now offering cash back worth Rs. 1,500 on a select range of Samsung 4G J-series smartphones. The list of models eligible for the cash back from Airtel includes the likes of Samsung Galaxy J2 (2017), Galaxy J5 Prime, Galaxy J7 Prime and Galaxy J7 Pro. The cashback offer has already begun and will go on until the end of January.
