Weekly Wrap-up: Idea Wifi, Google Nexus 7 / Movies & more…

It’s start of a new week and time for our weekly wrap – With couple of holidays coming in last, we did not have too many stories published on trak.in, but we did have couple that were quite interesting. Here is our weekly wrap-up.

Games2Win, last week announced USD 2 Million Series C funding from their existing investors Clearstone Venture Partners. The new funds will allow G2W to focus on acquiring games along with producing them in-house.

Tablets are getting cheap and probably one of the best use cases would be for school children. Using the tablets at school as e-books instead of actual books… But will it happen?

Google Nexus 7 has been officially launched in India for Rs. 15999/-. Currently it is available only in 16GB model and will start shipping by April 5th 2013. Only 16GB model is available.
