Aircel though seems to have taken first step in making 3g affordable for the masses. The have launched “Aircel Pocket Internet Smart” 3g plans, which are quite affordable. Three years back, Aircel had launched their pocket internet data plans which truly changed the way mobile internet was perceived and consumed.
Pocket Internet Smart will offer Aircel consumers unlimited 3G. Also, these plans will have no differentiation between 3G & 2G. the same rates will be applicable for both, so if the device is 3G enabled, consumer will be able to use 3g if not it will use 2G. This will help provide convenience to consumers while choosing same plan across devices – mobiles, tablets and dongles.
The 3G plans are unlimited, however, there is a Fair Usage Policy, after which the speed comes down to 128 kbps. The good part though is FUP is quite generous for a mobile user and cost is affordable.

Overall, looks like 3G prices are on their way down – I am sure other telecom providers will take suit from Aircel and bring down their 3G prices as well.
I have a Aircel number and this number is 3g.my sim is start and starting speed is high but after 2 days his speed is very very poor.I call a Aircel customer care but he is not attend my call.I can’t understand this problem solutions.please help me and show ahead path.

I believe that it’s best 3g deal for aircel users. Go for it and check out the service as a try if like then continue or you have broad options available.

Guys eventhough iam using Aircel 3G. at night i get most speed of 40 kbps .they are cheating the customers.they give speed to 3G customer for only first 10 day.my frnd receive 1kbps at noon time. Compared to bsnl 2G i t gives 36 kbps in average.
It is better than other company internet service but aircel doesn’t provide as speed which is in 3g service.
I am in Patna and tried almost every operator available with only initial good results and after sometime same cheating formulas. Fedup with our Internet providers.
God know when we will grew and have some good and fair service.

Aircel net plan for 3g saying that they are providing the speed of 3.6mbps ….actually they have not given even the speed of .5 mbps … it is the one of the worst plan in the network provider ….they are actually cheating the customers ….

dnt beleive this , they are telling speed up to 3.1 mbps but it comes only 128mbps. after that it reduces down to 25kbps. fraud cheaters.

Before buying U should seacrch website or known about plan cost, upto what peroid of time(limited and unlimted) etc. Your 750 Rs Plan is 7.2 MPS (up to 5 Gb of Data) after that your plan changes to 128 kps Unlimited.
So my sugesstion is to use 128 rs or 198 rs plan(after 500mb or 1GB -3.6Mbs) changes to 128 kBS Unlimited.Don,t Pay more amount…..

Sorry, this is not worth saying it 3G. It is of good speed but not of 3G speed. but after consuming ur Highspeed data it will cut ur speed to 1G instead of 2G.
Aircel 3G is the worst internet plan. In the name of 3G they are cheating people. Rarely it gives speed upto 1.6 mbps and most of the time it is so slow that you can’t work. This is the worst plan ever and purely cheating.

well connections is also poit of attraction for me as well. i am using Vodafone 3G in my Lappy but some places it gives me EDGE connection and speed is arround 100 KBPS…
you can not do anything with unlimited plans if the Network is not working..

Bhai rizwan those 3.6mbps and 128kbps are in bits per sec. the actual speed is measured in bytes/sec that is 1/8th of that speed.

If they would like to add more customers, they should add more infrastructure and raise FUP’s. 3.6 Mbps to 128Kbps :-D
FUP should be atleast 1/4th of the total bandwidth. Remember bandwidth of 2G is 238Kbps. So this FUP makes 3G under 2G in a couple of days use.
This a’int termed as a mobile broadband.
Careful with Aircel Post paid, in our office Aircel guys had put a stall to sell their internet data cards (Post paid), one of my team member took this connection (500 plan) 1.5 GB, he did not use much, however the bill had come 3000+. It never happens any network except Aircel.

Sky-high price is not the reason 3G has not taken off in India even after 2 years. Reason is in Sky-high price companies say they are providing unlimited data plan but still mention in bracket 10GB Maximum in month ….well my friend if in sky-high price companies provided unlimited data download without any restriction of 10GB or 20GB ,people will be ready to pay even sky-high price…
