As we all know that the companies had switched to work-from-home during two years of the Covid pandemic.

The employees were asked to come to the office more often with the commencement of 2022.

During this time, few companies shifted to hybrid working instead of completely working from office or home.

Hiring Slowdown

The managing partner, Singapore and India, for recruitment firm Stanton Chase, Mala Chawla said, “The covid news is coming at a time there was a hiring slowdown. Clients in tourism and hospitality are getting more cautious, but those in other sectors like manufacturing and consumer have not stopped hiring,” in the report.
