With the swift progress in the realm of artificial intelligence, India is showcasing its technological advancement. A collaboration between the Indian startup CoRover.ai and tech giant Google Cloud has resulted in the launch of BharatGPT, an indigenous generative AI platform adaptable to various use cases.
Introducing BharatGPT: India’s Cutting-Edge Generative AI Chatbot by CoRover.ai and Google Cloud
The newly developed chatbot, a product of Google Cloud and CoRover’s partnership, operates across more than 14 Indian languages, facilitating text, voice, and video interactions. Google Cloud’s cloud service aims to enhance the capabilities of the AI chatbot on a larger scale.

This approach seeks to enhance user adoption, engagement, and experience, as stated on CoRover’s website. Having already served over 1.25 billion users, the Indian AI developer aspires to evolve into a human-centric conversational AI platform, incorporating contextual Generative AI (LLM) and accelerated Machine Learning with the introduction of Bharat GPT.
Empowering Conversations: The Multifaceted Applications and Advanced Features of BharatGPT
BharatGPT finds applications in creating virtual assistants and supporting the development of multilingual virtual assistants (VideoBot, VoiceBot, ChatBot). It is employed in various functions, including customer support, human resources, sales, marketing, and finance, equipped with features like Aadhar-based KYC authentication, dialogue management using Classic Natural Language Processing, sentiment analysis, and a proficient word embedding technique with Gen AI.
The chatbot’s feature set extends to custom knowledge base integration, collaboration with ERP/CRM systems, an integrated payment gateway, and more. Ankush Sabharwal, the CEO of CoRover, emphasized that BharatGPT goes beyond technology, aiming to preserve India’s cultural heritage in a cloud-first world. Built on Google Cloud, the platform strives to establish itself as a reliable AI solution, according to Sabharwal.
