New 5G Data Booster Plans

The three new plans are priced at ₹51, ₹101, and ₹151. Each plan offers different data benefits and is meant to complement the user’s existing prepaid plan. Here are the details:

  1. ₹51 Plan: This plan includes unlimited 5G access and 3GB of 4G data. The validity of this plan matches the user’s base active plan. It is suitable for users who have a 1.5GB/day plan with a validity of up to one month.
  2. ₹101 Plan: Offering unlimited 5G and 6GB of 4G data, this plan also shares the validity period of the user’s base plan. It is intended for users who have a 1GB or 1.5GB daily data plan with a validity of more than one month but less than or equal to two months.
  3. ₹151 Plan: This plan provides unlimited 5G and 9GB of 4G data. The validity mirrors the user’s base active plan. It is targeted at users with a 1.5GB daily data plan with a validity of more than two months but less than or equal to three months.

Terms and Conditions

These plans can be recharged on top of regular validity prepaid plans from Jio but will not work with the ₹479 and ₹1899 plans. They are particularly useful for users who have not already recharged with a 2GB daily data plan.

Strategic Move by Jio

The introduction of these plans reflects Jio’s strategy to enhance its 5G offerings and cater to the growing demand for high-speed internet. By offering unlimited 5G access along with substantial 4G data, Jio aims to attract more users and provide them with flexible data options.
