Meta has launched its new Meta One subscription service in India, bringing premium features across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Meta AI under a range of paid plans. The service is designed for individual users, AI power users, creators and businesses.

Meta says more than 50 features are now available across its subscription offerings, while 15 million subscriptions and trials have been recorded so far. The core experience across Meta’s apps and Meta AI will continue to remain free.
Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook Plans
Users can subscribe to individual Meta One plans if they only want enhanced features on a particular platform.
WhatsApp Plus costs ₹79 per month, while Instagram Plus and Facebook Plus are priced at ₹99 per month each.
WhatsApp Plus offers exclusive themes and icons, special-effect stickers and the ability to pin more chats. Meta is also testing additional storage for chat and media backups and scheduled Focus Schedules.
Instagram Plus adds features such as custom fonts for DMs and Stories, notifications when selected people view a Story and DM previews.
Facebook Plus includes Messenger customisation, additional Reels insights and expanded reaction features.
Meta One Core and Premium
For users wanting greater access to artificial intelligence tools, Meta has introduced two bundled plans.
Meta One Core costs ₹549 per month, while Premium costs ₹1,950 per month in India.
Both plans combine Instagram Plus, WhatsApp Plus and Facebook Plus features with increased access to Meta AI’s more computationally intensive capabilities.
Users can generate and edit more images, create videos using Meta’s Muse models and use AI-powered tools such as Instagram’s Restyle more frequently.
Premium provides substantially greater access to these AI capabilities than Core.
Plans for Creators and Businesses
Meta One also includes dedicated subscriptions for professional users.
The Essential plan starts at ₹639 per month, followed by Advanced at ₹2,099, Expert at ₹6,399 and Max at ₹20,990 per month.
Essential includes an enhanced profile, verified badge, impersonation protection and increased access to Meta Business Agent on WhatsApp.
Advanced adds features such as Story scheduling for up to 30 days, links in organic posts and Reels, exportable analytics, deeper audience insights and additional account-management tools.
Expert and Max provide higher levels of access to Meta Business Agent and professional features for teams operating at greater scale.
Meta AI Remains Free
Meta has stressed that users do not need a subscription to use its everyday AI services. Meta One is aimed at people who want higher AI usage limits, additional creative tools and professional features.
The company plans to expand Meta One to products including Edits and its AI-powered smart glasses.
