iQOO has started the promotion cycle for the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G in India, with CEO Nipun Marya sharing a teaser of the design.

The image he shared on Twitter reveals a curved display and very slim side bezels.
The company is yet to share any official dates for the launch of the smartphone.
iQOO Z7 5G
The previous entry in the Z7 Series, Z7, was launched in March.
According to the company it became the highest selling smartphone on the first day of sale in the Rs 15-20K price segment.
It is priced at Rs 18,999 for the 6GB+128GB variant and Rs 19,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant.
It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G Processor.
A USP is that it comes with India’s first 64MP OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation) Ultra-Stable Camera in the segment.
iQOO Z7 Pro: Design
Marya teased the design of the iQoo Z7 Pro 5G online.
It is shown with a curved display, thin side bezels, and a centrally-placed hole-punch cutout for the front camera.
iQOO Z7 Pro: Speculated launch and price
The latest entry, the iQOO Z7 Pro, is tipped to arrive in the next 10 to 15 days.
Tipster Paras Guglani (@passionategeekz) has said that the handset could be priced between Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 30,000 in India.
At this price point it is poised to compete with Motorola Edge 40, Poco F5 5G, Google Pixel 6a, and Nothing Phone 1.
It is anticipated to come equipped with Android 13 OS out of the box.
Processor
The handset could be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of inbuilt storage.
However, according to a previous Geekbench listing, the Z7 Pro will debut with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G SoC paired with 12GB RAM but there could be other options at launch.
Display
It is said to feature a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with a 1,080 x 2,400 pixels resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 20:9 aspect ratio.
Camera
The device is expected to come with a 64-megapixel primary rear camera sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) support.
It could be accompanied by a 2-megapixel secondary shooter and a 16-megapixel sensor on the front.
Battery
The device may come with a 4,600mAh battery with support for 66W fast charging.
Storage
It is tipped to come in 8GB + 12GB RAM and 128GB and 256GB storage options.
