Apple’s popular promotion, which offers free AirPods to Mac customers in India, is set to end on September 30, 2024. Launched in June, this offer allowed “eligible” Mac buyers to receive Apple Credit equivalent to the price of AirPods, but only for customers availing of the educational discount. The same deadline applies to the offer of a free Apple Pencil Pro with an iPad purchase.

Apple Is Offering Free Airpods With New MacBook, Only Till September 30

Who is Eligible for the Offer?

This promotion is primarily aimed at students or users with a valid university or institute ID. Eligible customers can still avail of the offer before the September 30 deadline. For those qualifying under Apple’s educational savings program, purchasing a Mac will grant them Apple Credit, which can be used to buy AirPods.

How the Offer Works

Customers eligible for the free AirPods offer must add both a Mac and a pair of AirPods to their basket while shopping on the Apple India online store. The full price of the AirPods will initially appear, but Apple will automatically apply a “Promotion Savings” discount at checkout. Essentially, Apple offers credit equal to the price of the selected AirPods, so users can enjoy them without an extra charge.

End of Additional Promotions

Apple’s promotional campaign isn’t limited to Mac purchases. Alongside the AirPods promotion, Apple also offered a free Apple Pencil Pro with iPad purchases for eligible customers. This offer, too, is set to end on September 30.

Conclusion

With the September 30, 2024 deadline fast approaching, students and eligible buyers should act quickly to take advantage of Apple’s promotional deals. After this date, the complimentary AirPods and Apple Pencil Pro promotions will no longer be available.
