Indian Railways has rolled out RailOne, a game-changing superapp that simplifies travel for millions of passengers. Consolidating all services into one user-friendly platform, RailOne eliminates the need for multiple apps while offering powerful new features. Here are seven things you can now do seamlessly using the RailOne superapp.

1. Book Reserved and Unreserved Tickets Instantly

Passengers can now book IRCTC reserved tickets, unreserved tickets, and platform tickets all from a single app. With RailOne authorised by IRCTC, it functions just like other ticketing platforms but in a more integrated manner, reducing the need for separate services.

2. Track PNR and Train Status in Real Time

The app offers real-time tracking of your PNR status, train location, coach position, and delays. No more hopping between different platforms — RailOne gives live updates within a single dashboard, making travel planning much smoother.

3. Access Rail Madad and Submit Feedback

Need help during your journey or want to report an issue? With RailOne, passengers can quickly access the Rail Madad portal and provide feedback, register complaints, or request assistance, ensuring a more responsive travel experience.

4. Use One Login for All Railway Services

RailOne supports single sign-on via mPIN or biometric authentication. Users can log in with existing RailConnect or UTS credentials, avoiding password fatigue and improving convenience across devices and sessions.

5. Recharge and Pay with R-Wallet

The app features an inbuilt R-Wallet, allowing you to recharge, pay for tickets, and manage expenses easily. It supports numeric mPIN and biometric access for secure transactions.

6. Enjoy Simplified Tatkal Bookings With Verified IDs

From July 1, only verified users can book Tatkal tickets through RailOne. Aadhaar or DigiLocker-based verification ensures more secure and fair access. OTP authentication will become mandatory by July end for additional safety.

7. Experience a Smarter Reservation System

By December 2025, the app will tap into Indian Railways new reservation engine, capable of handling 150,000 bookings and 4 million enquiries per minute. The system will support multiple languages and offer special options for Divyangjan, students, and patients.

RailOne is more than an app — it is Indian Railways vision of smarter, faster, and passenger-centric travel in action.
