Going forward Myntra shoppers can ask for an exchange without the hassle of first returning the product. They will just need to contact the customer support and let them know that you need a different size. Myntra’s logistics team will deliver the new product and take back the product to be exchanged during the same visit, thus making the exchange process faster and smoother seamless for the consumer.
This feature will surely benefit shoppers who are not satisfied with the size and prefer faster product exchange. The product exchange facility is available across top 15 cities in India and the validity period for product exchange is 30 days from the date of purchase.
Myntra has been taking some big strides in Indian fashion and lifestyle e-commerce space to make online shopping of products more hassle-free for consumers. Recently, they also acquired Fitiquette that will allow them to solve dress fitting issues encountered by online shoppers.
I regularly shop on Myntra and Jabong but Yebhi.com even offers ordering of two sizes. So when ordered items arrives customer can pick up the right size and return another one! cool! But never tried Yebhi.com yet.
This is a very good facility, because of which the customers gain even more trust on online shopping.A very good improvement.

@manas – Please read and you will understand… I do know that most ecommerce sites offer exchanges, but what myntra has launched is different. You do not need to return the merchandise before and then wait for replacement. You will essentially get the replacement first and you can then handover the existing one.. No one offers that…
Just tried this out today and its fantastic. No need to even call them, just log into your account, select returns and the rest is super easy. I ordered a T-shirt a size smaller and the swap was a breeze. Got an SMS that the right size is already on its way. Way to go Myntra!!!
