Wipro is hiring freshers through its Elite National Talent Hunt hiring programme.
Engineering students set to graduate in 2022 can apply.
Under the programme, Wipro will roll out over 30,000 offer letters for freshers to join in FY23.

Role And Salary
The age limit for candidates is 25 years and they will be applying for the role of Project Engineer.
The salary on offer is Rs 3.5 lakhs per annum.
Service agreement will be applicable for 12 months post joining at Rs 75,000 on pro-rata basis
Important Dates
Registrations began on August 23 and will end on September 15.
Online assessment will take place between September 25 and 27.
Assessment
The online assessment is 128 mins long and consists of 3 sections:
- Aptitude Test: Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, English (verbal) Ability. Duration: 48 mins
- Written Communication Test: Essay writing. Duration: 20 mins
- Online Programming Test: Two programs for coding. Duration: 60 mins
For the online programming test, candidates can choose any one of these programming languages: Java, C, C++ or Python.
Post Assessment
Results will be shared by individual emails or other means of communication provided.
After this, a business discussion will be conducted.
If applicants go past this round, they will receive an LoI followed by an offer letter.
Eligibility Criteria
Students must be part of B.E./B. Tech (Compulsory degree)/ M.E./M. Tech (5-year integrated course) course recognised by the Central/State Government of India.
Only full-time course students may apply.
Students must achieve scores of minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA or equivalent.
In 10th standard, scores of 60% or above.
In 12th standard, 60% or above.
Those Not Eligible
Fashion technology, textile engineering, agriculture and food technology students are not eligible.
Those undertaking part-time or correspondence or distance learning education in degree, 10th or 12th may not apply.
Those who have applied to Wipro in the last 6 months are not eligible.
Other Criteria
One backlog is allowed at the time of the Assessment Stage and the offer will be subject to clearance of backlogs.
A maximum gap of 3 years in education from 10th to graduation is allowed.
Applicants must be Indian citizens.
Foreign Applicants
Those holding passports from other countries must provide a PIO or OCI card.
Bhutan and Nepal nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate.
