As the number of Covid-19 cases is now showing a downward trend, many states and cities are phase-wise reopening from the lockdown. Hospitality and travel sectors too are witnessing slight levels of recovery.
Indian Railways is starting to resume several passenger trains in June, which were earlier suspended in April due to the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic in the country.
The national transporter has resumed twenty four passenger trains starting June 5 and 6 and this list has only continued to add more trains.

Additionally, Railways has clarified that there will be no changes implemented in the timings, stoppages, routes, or/and fares of these trains. They are all to remain the same as before the suspension of services.
It must be noted that these trains will follow strict implementation of COVID-19 guidelines, making it mandatory for the passengers to abide by them.
