The affordable version of Redmi K30 5G, the all new Redmi K30i packs in almost similar features and specifications with a different main camera sensor.

Redmi K30i Price, Redmi K30i Price Global Variant

Redmi K30i price is set at 1,899 Yuan (around Rs 20,180). Redmi K30i is said to replace the Redmi K30 4G powered by Snapdragon 730. Being an affordable edition of Redmi K30 5G, the Redmi K30i is said to target the budget audience mainly. The device may later come as a remodelled budget 5G phone under Poco or Redmi.

Redmi will unveil another budget device on May 26, the Redmi 10X, which is rumoured to launch globally as Poco M2 Pro including India.

Redmi K30i Specs, Features: Redmi K30i Full Specs

The only difference between Redmi K30i and Redmi K30 5G is the main camera sensor. On Redmi K30 5G, you get a 64-megapixel main camera, the Sony IMX 686 64MP sensor. In comparison, the Redmi K30i has a 48-megapixel camera as the main sensor inside the four camera system. 

On Redmi K30i you have the predecessor Sony 48MP sensor, the popular IMX 586 from last year.

The rest of the quad camera setup is similar to Redmi K30 5G. With the 48MP main sensor, you get an additional 8-megapixel wide-angle camera, a 5-megapixel macro camera and a 2-megapixel depth camera.

All other specifications remain the same. Redmi K30i also comes with a 6.67-inch IPS LCD display offering Full HD+ resolution with a maxed out refresh rate of 120Hz.

The Redmi K30i display has a similar dual punch-hole cutout. Upfront, Redmi K30i features a dual camera system comprising of a 20-megapixel main camera and a secondary 2-megapixel depth camera.

Redmi K30i being a 5G phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset. Redmi K30i comes in a single storage variant with 128GB UFS 2.1 storage on-board powered by 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM.

Redmi K30i houses a 4,500mAh battery with support for 30W wired fast-charging system. Redmi K30i is said to replace the Redmi K30 4G powered by Snapdragon 730.

The company will unveil another budget 5G phone on May 26 in China. Redmi 10X will also come in a 4G variant, said to launch globally as the Poco M2 Pro, Poco budget smartphone. Poco M2 Pro may come to India as well, a remodelled Redmi 10X 4G.
