The Indian automotive market has rolled up its sleeves for an exciting lineup of new vehicle launches, spanning compact sedans, electric SUVs, and sub-compact SUVs.

Here’s a look at some of the most anticipated cars set to debut soon.
- New-Gen Maruti Suzuki Dzire: It will be on 11th November that Maruti Suzuki will launch the new-generation Dzire. This compact sedan features a modern redesign, including a refreshed front fascia, new alloy wheels, and an updated rear profile. It has a fuel efficiency of 24.79 kmpl for the manual transmission (MT) and 25.71 kmpl for the automated manual transmission (AMT) variants. It will be powered by a new 1.2-litre Z12E petrol engine.
- New-Gen Honda Amaze: All set to launch the 3rd generation Amaze on December 4, the new Amaze will feature updated LED headlamps, a new front grille, and a redesigned bumper. Baes on a modified version of City platform, the Amaze will retain its 1.2-litre i-VTEC engine producing 90 bhp and 110 Nm of torque, paired with either a manual or CVT gearbox.
- Mahindra BE 6e & XEV 9e: Mahindra is adding 2 new electric SUVs in the portfolio — BE 6e and XEV 9e—both of which all set to be unveiled on November 26. Both are built on Mahindra’s INGLO skateboard architecture and are expected to feature a range of battery options. Aimed to lock horns with the Tata Curvv EV and Hyundai Creta EV, BE 6e shall be available in both 2WD and 4WD configurations, with battery packs of 60 kWh and 79 kWh. On the other hand, the XEV 9e will compete with the Tata Harrier EV and will likely only be available in rear-wheel drive (RWD).
- Skoda Kylaq: Finally, Skoda has unveiled the Kylaq SUV for both the Indian and global markets. The car is powered by a 1.0-litre TSI petrol engine that produces 115 bhp and 178 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission. The sub-4-meter SUV is equipped with features like a powered driver’s seat, ventilated front seats, a digital instrument cluster, and standard 6 airbags.
- Maruti Suzuki e Vitara: Maruti Suzuki is all set to launch its first electric vehicle, the e Vitara, in March 2025 which shall be based on the eVX concept, the e Vitara will be built on an all-new electric skateboard platform, offering two battery options—49 kWh and 61 kWh. It will be available in an all-wheel-drive (AWD) variant with a power output of 184 bhp and 300 Nm of torque. The e-Vitara will compete with electric models such as the Tata Curvv EV, MG ZS EV, and Mahindra BE 6e.
