Following its launch, the Tata Nexon swiftly rose to prominence and became the best-selling SUV in India for the month of September 2023, illustrating its burgeoning popularity among consumers. Notably, the Nexon has emerged as Tata Motors’ top-selling car, eclipsing even the successful Tata Punch.

In the bustling SUV market, Tata Motors exhibited robust sales performance, securing a total of 15,325 units sold last month. Not far behind was the Maruti Suzuki Brezza, clinching the second position with 15,001 units sold. The Tata Punch held its ground firmly, securing the third spot on the sales charts with an impressive 13,045 units sold.

Hyundai Motor India showcased a competitive performance, selling 12,717 units of Creta and 12,204 units of Venue. Mahindra Auto also made its mark, selling a noteworthy total of 11,846 units of Mahindra Scorpio-N and Classic.

The recently launched Kia Seltos garnered attention, recording sales of 10,558 units, while the Mahindra Bolero secured the 10th position as the highest-selling SUV in September, with 9,519 units sold.

The exceptional sales performance of the new Tata Nexon can be attributed to several key factors. The revamped Tata Nexon boasts a futuristic design language, distinguishing itself in a competitive market. Additionally, it stands out as one of the most feature-rich SUVs within its segment, challenging rivals such as Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV300, Maruti Suzuki Fronx, Renault Kiger, and Nissan Magnite.

The Tata Nexon is available in various configurations, including Smart, Smart+, Smart+ S, Pure, Pure S, Creative, Creative+, Creative+ S, Fearless, Fearless S, and Fearless+ S. The ‘plus’ variants offer additional features, while the ‘S’ variant signifies the inclusion of a sunroof, enhancing the overall appeal of each configuration. This comprehensive range of choices allows consumers to select a variant that aligns with their preferences and requirements, contributing to the Tata Nexon’s sales success.
