OnePlus has officially announced the launch of the OnePlus 15 alongside the OnePlus Ace 6, both set to debut on October 27 at an event in China. While leaks had already hinted at the OnePlus 15’s specifications, the Ace 6’s announcement came as a surprise. According to a listing on JD.com, the Ace 6 will feature an OLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution, similar to the OnePlus 15. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 “Elite” chipset and include a massive 7,800mAh battery supporting 120W fast charging. Although it is unclear if the Ace 6 will be released globally, it may launch internationally as the OnePlus 15R, following previous naming patterns.

The screen will support Pro XDR, Dolby Vision, and reach up to 1800 nits of brightness, all within ultra-thin 1.15mm bezels. To enhance power efficiency, the device will also include eye protection and low-power modes. Under the hood, the phone will run on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 Elite processor, coupled with 12GB RAM and 256GB–1TB UFS 4.1 storage options, and will ship globally with OxygenOS 16. The battery capacity could reach 7,300mAh, supporting 120W wired and 50W wireless charging.

For photography, the OnePlus 15 will house a 50MP triple camera setup, featuring a Sony main sensor with OIS, a Samsung ultra-wide lens, and a telephoto lens offering 3.5x optical zoom.
