Mercedes-Benz GLE Facelift
The upcoming GLE facelift is set for a launch on November 2, 2023, in tandem with the AMG C43. The refreshed GLE introduces several changes, both on its exterior and inside the cabin. The SUV boasts redesigned LED headlights and taillights, revamped bumpers, and fresh alloy wheels.
In international markets, Mercedes offers the GLE with three powertrain options equipped with a 48V mild-hybrid system. These options include the base GLE 300d with 265 BHP and 550 Nm, the GLE 450d with 362 BHP and 750 Nm, and the GLE 450 powered by a 376 BHP and 500 Nm petrol engine. Additionally, Mercedes offers two plug-in hybrid variants: the GLE 400e and GLE 350de.
2024 Renault Duster Global Debut
There are indications that we may get a sneak peek at the upcoming Renault Duster’s next generation in the coming month. It’s reported that Dacia, a sister brand to Renault, is gearing up to reveal the entirely new Duster on November 29 in Portugal. The next-generation Duster is anticipated to hit the Indian market by 2025, where it will contend with well-established models such as the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, VW Taigun, and Maruti Grand Vitara.
Volkswagen Taigun GT Edge Trail Edition
Volkswagen is gearing up to introduce a new variant of the Taigun later this month. The ‘Taigun GT Edge Trail’ Edition is expected to become available on November 2, 2023.
The Taigun GT Edge Trail Edition will be powered by a 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine, producing 148 BHP and 250 Nm of torque. It can be paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DSG transmission.
Lexus LM MPV
Lexus India began accepting pre-bookings for the LM luxury MPV in August this year, with over 100 bookings reported. The 2024 Lexus LM is built on Toyota’s GA-K platform and features a redesigned exterior with a prominent grille, sleek LED headlamps, and a continuous LED light bar across the rear. The LM comes in 4 and 7-seater configurations, and while the official launch date hasn’t been revealed, it is expected to be imminent.
2024 Skoda Superb Global Unveil
Skoda has unveiled design sketches of the next-generation Superb, with the official unveiling set for November 2, 2023. The new-gen Superb is longer and taller than its predecessor, providing improved headroom and luggage space. Skoda also claims enhanced aerodynamic performance over the outgoing model. The Superb will be available with two petrol, two diesel, and a plug-in hybrid powertrain, and it will make its way to the Indian market soon.
2024 Renault Duster Global Unveil
There are reports suggesting that we might get a first look at the next-gen Renault Duster next month. Dacia, Renault’s sister brand, is reportedly preparing to unveil the all-new Duster on November 29 in Portugal. The next-gen Duster is expected to be launched in India by 2025 as a competitor to popular models like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, VW Taigun, and Maruti Grand Vitara.
