It appears that the Mahindra Racing team has delivered a standout performance at the Mexico City E-Prix, where Edoardo Mortara secured second place in Round 2, showcasing both his skill and the growing competitiveness of Mahindra’s GEN3 Evo package.
Considering the momentum, now Mahindra Racing has put its Formula E car on display at Davos.
Although this car is not new, it is the same machine unveiled in India last October, and the same one which Mortara drove to success in Mexico.
Showcasing Mahindra’s Commitment
Basically, this showcase highlights the team’s ongoing commitment to visibility on the global stage.
Its new design looks attractive with a blend of metallic red, gloss white, and carbon black, with twelve stripes symbolizing each season of the team’s journey in Formula E.
In addition to this, an Indian flag is also featured on the bodywork which reflects Mahindra’s role as the sole Indian manufacturer competing in a global motorsport championship.
Now coming to this car, it is known as the Mahindra M12Electro, representing the latest phase of the team’s development efforts.
Moving ahead, the model incorporates refinements made over the summer as the engineers were working extensively to enhance the GEN3 Evo package.
It appears that these latest updates have contributed to a noticeable resurgence in Mahindra’s form during Season 11 which has reinforced its competitiveness in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship.
When it comes to the Mahindra M12Electro, the model is presented as a highly efficient electric race car developed for competitive street racing.
This car combines lightweight construction with strong performance hence offering a top speed of 200 mph (320km/h) and maximum output of 350kW (470 bhp).
Moreover, this car is designed for agility with a weight at 840kg, its 600kW charging capability highlights rapid energy replenishment.
