1. Toyota Taisor:
Toyota is set to unveil the compact SUV coupe, Taisor, on April 3, ahead of its market launch. Positioned below the Hyryder, it’s a rebadged version of the Maruti Suzuki Fronx, offering minor updates while retaining the 1.0L turbo petrol and 1.2L NA petrol engines.
2. Citroen Basalt:
Scheduled for a March 27 debut, the Citroen Basalt SUV coupe will hit Indian roads soon. Powered by a 1.2L turbo petrol engine, it’s based on the CMP platform and competes directly with the upcoming Curvv.
3. Mahindra XUV300 Facelift:
Expected in the coming weeks, the facelifted XUV300 promises revisions inside and out. Drawing inspiration from Mahindra’s existing SUV range, it’ll feature new design elements and offer the 1.2L petrol and 1.5L diesel engines.
4. Hyundai Alcazar Facelift:
Hyundai’s Alcazar facelift, arriving by mid-2024, boasts interior and exterior updates inspired by the updated Creta. Expect new features like Level 2 ADAS while retaining the 1.5L diesel and 1.5L turbo petrol engines.
5. Tata Curvv EV:
Tata’s Curvv EV is set to hit dealerships by mid-2024, featuring a large battery pack for over 500 km range. Following its electric variant, the ICE sibling will arrive in the second half of the year, competing with Maruti Suzuki eVX and Hyundai Creta EV.
