The upcoming successors to the Pixel 7 series, known as the Google Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro, are poised for launch.

Google Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro Leaks
Variants
As per tipster Roland Quandt (@rquandt), the base Google Pixel 8 could come in 128GB and 256GB storage variants. The Pixel 8 Pro, on the other hand, might provide storage options of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB, similar to the previous Pixel 7 lineup. Initial reports suggested the base model would have 8GB of RAM, while the Pixel 8 Pro could feature 12GB of RAM.
Color Options and Display
This report also suggests that the standard Pixel 8 variant could come in color options like Licorice, Peony, and Haze and the Pixel 8 Pro may be launched in colors such as Licorice, Porcelain, and Sky. An earlier report hinted at a fourth color variant in Jade, but this has not been mentioned in the recent report.
The Pixel 8 Pro might sport a larger 6.7-inch QHD+ LTPO OLED panel with a resolution of 2960 x 1440 pixels, also featuring a 120Hz refresh rate.

Both Pixel 8 models are rumored to be powered by in-house Tensor G3 SoCs coupled with Titan chips, running stock Android 14 out of the box. The Pixel 8 is anticipated to feature a 6.17-inch full-HD+ OLED display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz.
Finally, the Pixel 8 is expected to be equipped with a 4,485mAh battery, supporting 24W wired charging and 12W wireless charging. In contrast, the Pixel 8 Pro is speculated to come with a larger 4,950mAh battery, supporting 27W wired fast charging.
Camera
The Pixel 8 is expected to house a 50-megapixel primary Samsung ISOCELL GN2 sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), along with a 12-megapixel sensor equipped with an ultra-wide-angle lens. The front camera is speculated to be an 11-megapixel sensor.
The Pixel 8 Pro, on the other hand, is rumored to sport a triple rear camera arrangement, a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS support, a 64-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 48-megapixel sensor paired with a telephoto lens.
The front camera setup is projected to consist of an 11-megapixel sensor for selfies and video calls.
