AI can recognize foods in images and provide consumers with useful information about them, such as names, pricing, popularity, and nutritional values, to assist them choose what to eat.

Using this information, users can determine whether a reservation is required in advance based on the popularity and availability of particular foods. The AI-powered function improves the Google Maps user experience by offering useful location-related information.
