[Exclusive Interview] This Robotics AI & Automation Company Is Making Robots Accessible For All Businesses; Find Out How?

1.  Kindly help us understand the inception idea and journey till now of Alphadroid.io.

Alphadroid’s journey began with a powerful moment – watching a robot serve food in a Malaysian restaurant. That instant sparked a vision: weaving automation seamlessly into our daily operations within the service industry. Our Research efforts through UK and Indian service industry, a shared struggle emerged – establishments hesitated to adopt complex and expensive technology solutions to address efficiency issues. This inspired our mission: to empower the service industry with affordable and user-friendly robotics.

To tackle obstacles, we zeroed in on affordability, accessibility and personalised experiences. Through rigorous research, meaningful collaborations, and the creation of an all-inclusive software complementing our robot, we pushed boundaries. Today, Alphadroid stands as a solution, elevating service operations while ensuring technology is accessible.

2. What are the challenges that you have observed in the automation and robotic segment?

Media today reveals a strong contrast between how advanced robotics and automation are and tends to set high expectations, which depict a flawlessly automated robot that does not align with robotic tech’s current (ever-evolving) state. This leads to unrealistic expectations from the market.

On the practical side, where automation is becoming a reality, the challenges are in the form of affordability, as the cost of implementing this tech is high. Another hurdle is accessibility, requiring a certain level of expertise that is not common. Acceptability is another common challenge ensuring that software companies deliver user-friendly interfaces and businesses are open to exploring the hybrid model of tech and humans working in the same space. We need adaptable tech tailored to meet the business’s specific needs and adapt to the industry’s changing nature. Additionally, scalability poses a challenge concerning achieving a solution that can be applied to different companies, as solutions are not one-size-fits-all.

The need today is to bridge the gap between expectations and reality to provide sustainable solutions.

3. What makes Alphadroid.io stand out in terms of USP’s from other automation and robotic companies?

Our venture’s USP lies in its distinctive blend of a subscription-based model, comprehensive after-sales service, and a seamlessly connected and personalised digital experience. Unlike traditional product-centric companies, we position ourselves as a product + service entity, ensuring our offerings extend beyond mere transactions.

Our commitment to a subscription model makes cutting-edge technology accessible, eliminating the need for ownership. The emphasis on after-sales service underscores our dedication to customer satisfaction and continuous support.

What sets us apart is the interconnected nature of our products. Each new addition stands alone in innovation and collaborates with existing solutions to enhance the overall user experience. In essence, our USP lies in being a dynamic entity that evolves with the needs of our customers, providing a holistic and continuously improving technology ecosystem.

4. How does Alphadroid.io ensure that its solutions remain relevant and competitive in a dynamic industry?

With so much hardware and complex technology, it is hard for those within the service industry to adopt such tech services due to lack of expertise and costs. We solve the problem of connecting hardware to each other, building softwares that are easy to use- delivering purpose.

Our in-house proficiency in developing personalised and seamlessly integrated software solutions for existing hardware is at the heart of our capabilities. We go beyond generic applications, specialising in tailoring software to meet individual hardware systems’ specific needs and nuances. This personalised approach ensures a level of integration and synergy that elevates the performance of automation and robotics to new heights.

Our software solution is meticulously designed to transcend conventional complexities, offering a user-friendly and hassle-free experience for all. By customising software to harmonise with existing hardware, we not only enhance the efficiency of automated processes but also contribute to making the world of automation and robotics more accessible and intuitive for diverse users.

5. Kindly help us with the visions and future plans of Alphadroid.io in India

Alphadroid.io envisions a strategic expansion, starting with a focus on the Indian market, notably the National Capital Region (NCR), and extending to various locations across the country. Actively engaged in discussions with potential partners, we seek to foster enduring collaborations, aligning with our commitment to long-term success and innovation. Embracing a continuous learning approach, we highly value user and market feedback, considering it pivotal to our adaptive evolution. We aim to establish a significant presence in premium restaurants and hotels as well as Collaborate with Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) by providing them with fully autonomous robotics with advanced AI capabilities and provide interactive 3D avatar solutions software.

This multifaceted strategy reflects our dedication to growth, innovation, and responsiveness to the dynamic needs of our stakeholders as we actively seek, incorporate, and refine our services based on feedback.
