1. Could you explain the need for a company like Digi2L and its importance today?
Selling of Used Appliances has always been a problem for consumers in India. There are lot of hassles to go through if you want to sell your old TV, AC, Fridge or Washing Machine. Digi2L helps this cause by offering our consumer tech platform which connects the seller to buyer to facilitate easy upgrades and bringing the older products within the reach of consumers who could not afford it the first time around. 3. Please explain the role of technology at Digi2L.

4. What are your plans going forward?
At Digi2L we are focused on offering an elevated consumer experience to our customers and it is our constant endeavor to keep improving this. Keeping view of this, we will continue to invest in making our consumer tech platform more robust and expanding our operations to more locations to offer a wider coverage to our partners. Reverse Logistics is a key area for us and we are going to be finely focused on improving there and put our might behind this critical area. We shall also get into new product categories like Mobile phones, Wearables and Laptops plus small home appliances and cook-tops. We will also be working on process automation on the Reseller side of our business for better outcomes. All in all the immediate focus is on growth.
5. What are the avenues available to sell Used ACE products and how is DIGI2L different?
There are limited avenues available to sell ACE products like the P2P marketplace and Trade-In. Most of these avenues are unorganized and there is no customer experience. One has to fend for themselves and go through the troubles.
