Amara.ai is an AI-powered chatbot that was founded in 2019 with a primary focus on employee engagement. Our journey began with the development of HireXP in 2016, a recruitment automation product that used voice-based features to engage candidates throughout their recruitment cycle. What truly sets hire xp apart is our ability to successfully predict which candidates would accept an offer letter, providing valuable insights to HR professionals. 

Later in 2019, we expanded our offerings to include employee engagement strategies, giving rise to Amara, an AI chatbot designed to revolutionize the employee experience with predictive and nurturing capabilities.

2. How does Amara.ai’s AI chatbot interact with employees, and what critical touch points does it address during their employee lifecycle?

Amara.ai’s AI chatbot engages with employees at critical touch points throughout their employee lifecycle. It intelligently chats with them, assessing their level of psychological investment in the organization and identifying those at risk of disengagement or attrition. In a human-like avatar, Amara drives continuous engagement, promotes diversity and inclusion, and enhances employee well-being. From one-time surveys to quarterly pulse surveys and employer branding modules, our highly customizable chatbot caters to businesses of varying sizes, ranging from startups to large-scale enterprises with over 200 employees.

Our chatbot platform has earned the trust of leading organizations across various industries. Some of our notable clientele include Honda Malaysia, Philips India, Mahindra First Choice, Renewbuy, Moglix, and Cowrks.
