This annual programme forms a core aspect of the company’s philosophy of celebrating employee contributions in meaningful ways. Since its inception, more than 6,000 employees have been rewarded through international trips to destinations such as Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Dubai, and Spain—experiences the company describes as deeply enriching, offering not just leisure but a sense of accomplishment.

For the London trip, a specialised coordination team managed all travel arrangements and accommodations in partnership with major airlines. Casagrand emphasised that every employee, irrespective of seniority or job role, travelled and stayed together with equal treatment, reinforcing the company’s belief in shared success and inclusivity. The itinerary for the week includes visits to some of London’s most iconic landmarks, including St. Paul’s Cathedral, London Bridge, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, Madame Tussauds, and a scenic cruise along the River Thames—an experience many employees are embarking on for the first time in their lives.

Casagrand states that the initiative underscores its commitment to valuing its people, believing that employee happiness and motivation directly contribute to the company’s growth. Founder and Managing Director Arun Mn told Business Today that the tradition reflects the organisation’s culture and the emotional bond shared with its employees. He noted that the joy, pride, and emotional reactions witnessed during these trips reaffirm the company’s core values. Arun added that sharing wealth and enabling employees to fulfill long-held dreams—whether experiencing international travel for the first time or again—creates memories that strengthen loyalty and foster a renewed sense of pride within the organisation.

Summary:
