Transrail Lighting IPO

    Transrail Lighting’s ₹400 crore fresh issue, along with an OFS of 1.02 crore shares, is managed by Inga Ventures, Axis Capital, and HDFC Bank.

Ventive Hospitality IPO

  • Issue Size: ₹1,600 crore (Fresh Issue)
  • Subscription Period: December 20 – December 24
  • Expected Listing: December 30
    This entirely fresh equity issue aims to reduce company debt. JM Financial and Axis Capital are among the lead managers.

NACDAC Infrastructure IPO

  • Issue Size: ₹10 crore (Fresh Issue)

Identical Brains Studios IPO

Newmalayalam Steel IPO
