Xiaomi seems to be readying itself to introduce the Redmi Note 12 lineup as it has already launched a range of Redmi Note 11 series phones in India and other markets recently.

As per their trend, they will be unveiled in China first and gradually expand to other markets, including India.
So, before the launch, the news of many leaks are making rounds about the Redmi Note 12 series, hinting at what to expect.
Confirming the marketing name much ahead of its launch, the Redmi Note 12 and its models have been listed online-probably on an e-commerce platform.
As spotted by tipster Mukul Sharma, the Redmi Note 12 listing shows the lineup will include the Redmi Note 12 5G, Note 12 Pro 5G, and Note 12 Pro+ 5G.
It is noteworthy here that all the models listed in this series support 5G.
It is expected too considering the slow rise of the latest mobile network in the country.
Redmi Note 12 Series Features and Specifications
According to the Redmi Note 12 series listed online, this phone will come in three models including the Redmi Note 12 5G, Note 12 Pro 5G, and Note 12 Pro+ 5G.
You can see that all the models have 5G support.
Although, the listing doesn’t reveal any key specifications.
Interestingly, the price listed is RMB 9999 for all models.
This indicates that the prices are just placeholders at the moment.
So, simply put, it doesn’t even reveal the specifications.
The earlier reports/leaks, indicates that the Redmi Note 12 series may launch as early as next month, but it’s not certain just yet.
But, we already know that this lineup has already bagged China’s 3C certification with the model numbers 22101316C, 22101316UCP, and 22101316UC.
The listing also reveals that one of the variants will get 210W fast charging support, possibly the Redmi Note 12 Pro+.
This is confirmed from the listing showing a new charger carrying the model number MDY-13-EU and 20VDC/10.5A max charging speed (210W).
So it is expected that the standard variant might get 67W while the Pro version could arrive with 120W charging support.
One of the leaks also indicates that the Redmi Note 12 is expected to come with a 50MP primary camera.
According to the Redmi product manager, Lu Weibing, the Redmi Note series will launch every six months going forward and will be positioned as a “small flagship for performance” and “small flagship for the experience.”
