44 Crore SBI Customers Can Avail Banking Services On Sundays, Holidays By Calling On These Numbers!

The country’s largest public sector lender State Bank of India (SBI) has now made it even easier for customers to avail its services. It has launched two new toll-free numbers for customers to conduct banking transactions, sitting at home.

For availing this service, SBI customers need to have their phone numbers registered with the public bank. Bank customers can now also conduct banking services even on Sundays or holidays.

SBI Provides Toll-Free Numbers for Customers to Conduct Transactions at Home

SBI customers will not have to go to bank branches anymore to conduct transactions, as the bank has provided new toll free numbers, using which customers can conduct such transactions sitting at home.

This will save the customers time and hassle of otherwise going to bank branches, and will be friendly for those who are not digitally sound enough to use website or app services.

In a tweet on June 26, the public sector lender wrote, “Say goodbye to all your banking worries! Call SBI Contact Centre toll-free at 1800 1234 OR 1800 2100.”

Customers can dial these toll-free numbers from anywhere and anytime.

SBI customers can avail a host of banking services 24×7, sitting at home:

  • Check account balance and see their last five transactions
  • Blocking ATM card and knowing dispatch status
  • Checking dispatch status of cheque book
  • Requesting a new ATM card in case they have blocked the previous one
  • Get TDS details & deposit interest certificate via e-mail.

According to the bank’s website, the numbers can dialled from landlines and mobile phones from across the country. Additional toll free numbers:

  • 1800 11 2211

Further, if unhappy with the bank’s services, you can send an SMS writing UNHAPPY to 8008 20 20 20, as per the SBI website.
