Employees Asked To Come To Office Only 4-Times A Year By This $80 Billion Software Firm

The coronavirus and the ensuing pandemic has changed the entire landscape. More and more corporates, in order steer clear of this turbulent times are resorting to their most important pillar, which is the human talent. WFH has become the new norm and many corporates are now not only adopting it but some have gone to great lengths as far as asking their employees to work remotely.

Atlassian Asks To Visit The Office Only 4-Times A Year

An Australian software company, Atlassian, which develops products for software developers, project managers and other software development teams is one of them.

In the wake of pandemic, the $ 80 billion tech giant has allowed its employees to work anywhere. In order to register their presence, all that the employees need to do is to visit the offices of the company in each region four times a year and the employees.

‘Team Anywhere’ Policy:

5,700 employees, under the company’s new ‘Team Anywhere’ policy, can work anywhere in the world. As long as company has a base from where employees are working, it is their legal right.

The company also revealed that despite being allowed to take a WFH, as many as 50 percent of employees come to work in the office.

The transition of the organization, as far as sustainable work-from-home organizational structure is concerned, give the Australian company status of a global workforce said Atlassian co-founder Scott Farquhar.
