OnePlus Nord 2 launch will happen in Q2 2021 and it will be powered by MediaTek’s top flagship, the Dimensity 1200 5G chipset. It’s the first time a OnePlus phone will come without a Qualcomm chipset.

Poco M3 5G, Poco M3 Pro

Redmi Note 10S and Redmi Note 10 5G are slated to come as rebranded Poco phones in the country, BIS certification suggests, will probably be Poco M3 5G and Poco M3 Pro. Poco is also working on Poco X3 Pro, the device could itself launch in March. The upcoming Redmi phones may launch in India as Poco phones. Both Redmi Note 10S and Redmi Note 10 5G have already been unveiled globally, but not launched in India. The phones with model numbers M2103K9BI and M2103K19PI have been spotted on BIS, the same as the global versions.

The BIS certification hints at the launch of the Redmi devices in India under Poco brand. Spotted by tipster Sudhanshu, he suggests both the Redmi Note 10S and Note 5G will launch under Poco in the country. While Poco is known to bring rebranded Redmi phones to India, it could be true. The company is yet to bring Poco M3 Pro to India, and Redmi Note 10S could be it.

Realme 8 Pro

Realme 8 Pro has been leaked in the recent FCC certification which revealed a 4,500mAh battery and 65W fast charging support. Both Realme Narzo 30 Pro and Realme 7 Pro from last year only feature the same charging solution. Alongside the battery details, the Realme 8 listing also confirmed that the device will run on Android 11 with Realme UI 2.0 skin on top. Realme 8 Pro design was revealed recently at the Realme Camera Innovations event, confirmed to come with 108MP primary camera. Realme 8 Pro will be a camera heavy-weight with a host of in-house customisations.

Realme 8 Pro has been confirmed to feature a 108MP Samsung HM2 sensor inside a quad-camera setup with a punch-hole design display. The 108MP camera will offer 3x zoom, New Starry Mode, tilt-shift and many more features.

Realme will use the latest 108MP HM2 sensor that utilises the 9-in-1 pixel binning technology to create 1/1.52? large sensor size to produce better images in low light. ISOCELL Plus technology will minimise optical loss and light reflection by delivering higher colour fidelity with up to 15 percent enhancement in light sensitivity. Design has been confirmed with gradient blue colour finish a rear quad-camera setup and “Dare to Leap” tagline on the panel. Realme 8 series India launch will take place in March.

Mi 11 Ultra

Mi 11 Ultra launch expected soon, as it has now been certified in Indonesia. So the upcoming Mi phone will be available officially outside of China, unlike the Mi 10 Ultra. The company already unveiled Mi 11 globally in Europe, and Xiaomi is expected to bring in a few more Mi 11 models in the future. The model number ending in “G” stands for “global” in case of Xiaomi devices. The previously leaked hands-on video from February of Mi 11 Ultra with model number M2102K1G.

The leaked details included a 6.81-inch WQuad HD+ 120 Hz AMOLED screen, IP68 water and dust resistance, stereo speakers, Snapdragon 888, 5,000 mAh battery with 67W wired and 67W wireless charging, as well as 10W reverse wireless charging.

Poco F3, Poco F3 Pro

Poco F3 series launch might happen in March globally. Just like last year, the Redmi K40 series will come as rebranded Poco F3 series worldwide. Both the Redmi K40 and Redmi K40 Pro will come as Poco F3 and Poco F3 Pro as per the rumours. Poco F3 India launch has already been tipped on a number of occasions, and given it’s already over two years Poco F1 came, the successor could directly be named Poco F3 instead of Poco F2. Tipster Mukul Sharma said Poco F3 launch in global markets will happen in March.

Angus Kai Ho Ng, Poco’s global spokesperson also tweeted “March” directly hinting at the launch of the rumoured Poco F3 and Poco F3 Pro. There have been hints earlier about Poco F3 and Poco F3 Pro being rebranded from Redmi K40 series, and now the rumours could actually be true. Also the tipped Poco X3 Pro can be Poco F3 Pro for real, which already has received multiple certifications in different markets. 

OnePlus Nord 2

OnePlus Nord 2 launch is on cards, may happen by May. Some major OnePlus Nord 2 details are out, and for the first time, a OnePlus smartphone will be powered by a MediaTek chipset. OnePlus Nord 2 launch will happen in Q2 2021 and it will be powered by MediaTek’s top flagship, the Dimensity 1200 5G chipset. It’s the first time a OnePlus phone will come without a Qualcomm chipset. OnePlus Nord continues to be a best-seller in it’s category. The upcoming OnePlus phone will run on MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset.

It will pair with upto 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, improved cameras, display and battery. OnePlus Nord 2 will probably feature a 64MP main camera inside a quad camera system. The Dimensity 1200 chipset is built on a 6nm node and features Cortex A78 and A55 cores. OnePlus Nord 2 will have a faster Fluid AMOLED display with a refresh of 120Hz instead of the 90Hz on the original Nord. 

Apple Foldable iPhone

Apple Foldable iPhone is in works. The much-awaited foldable iPhone could soon be a reality. Leaked again, the upcoming foldable iPhone is said to come with a 7.5 to 8 inch display, tipped to be ready with two prototypes in a book-like shape. Popular Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo claimed that the Cupertino based tech giant could soon launch a foldable device with a 7.5 to 8 inch display in 2023. MacRumors also reported that a 2023 launch is expected for the foldable iPhone.

Apple has repeatedly been leaked to be working on a foldable device since 2016, and the rumours surrounding a foldable iPhone have been there. Apple Foldable iPhone will come with a similar folding display as Samsung Galaxy Z Fold. The same report also claimed that the company may discontinue the iPad Mini after the launch of its foldable iPhones due to poor sales.

iPhone SE 3 5G

iPhone SE 3 launch may not happen this year, as per a new report. Apple is reportedly not planning to release the next-generation Apple iPhone SE model in 2021. The device will launch in early 2022, the report marks. Also, iPhone SE 3 might support 5G connectivity. The company may unveil the iPhone SE Plus version this year instead of the iPhone SE 2020 successor. More iPhone SE 3 and iPhone 12S Pro concept renders came out last month. Apple is said to be working on a number of new phones apart from iPhone 13 / iPhone 12S series. 

iPhone SE 3 price has been tipped as well, may start at $499 (around Rs 36,400). The company is working on a Plus version for 2021 too, iPhone SE Plus. iPhone SE 3 will essentially be iPhone SE 2021) offering some significant upgrades over iPhone SE (2020) and the original iPhone SE. The leak suggests a full-display without a home button.
