As per reports, the price of this car has been hiked by Rs 20,000 due to the facelift. The new car will be powered by a 1.2-litre DualJet petrol engine, similar to that of the facelifted Dzire. Pitted against the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios, Ford Figo and Freestyle, and Renault Triber, the facelifted Swift will come with a revised upholstery, auto-folding ORVMs, cruise control, and a new 4.2-inch colour multi-info display (MID)

Internet-based connected car features are also expected to be installed in the newest version of the i20.
