The company also launched Mi Band 3 straps and chargers in India.

Samsung CEO has confirmed that Galaxy Fold will soon launch in India. It’s the first commercially available foldable smartphone in the world, recently unveiled globally at the Unpacked event in February.

Xiaomi To Increase The Prices Of Its Smartphones

Xiaomi now wants to get rid of the budget and cheap tag. CEO and co-founder, Lei Jun said in a statement that the future Xiaomi smartphones are going to be costlier. While it recently separated Redmi, so the new sub-brand may continue making cheap devices while Xiaomi may start making premium and higher priced devices for other segments of the market.

Black Shark 2 Launch Confirmed On March 18

Black Shark 2 has been officially confirmed to be launching on March 18. The second generation Black Shark 2 has been in the news for quite some time now. It already has been spotted on Geekbench twice revealing key specifications and features like Snapdragon 855, Game Turbo mode, 12GB RAM and more. A subsidiary company under Xiaomi, the gaming smartphone is expected in the country by a couple of months.

Samsung Galaxy Fold India Launch Confirmed

Samsung has officially confirmed the launch of its first foldable display smartphone Galaxy Fold in the country. The company CEO DJ Koh confirmed about the launch in a select press briefing at Galaxy S10 India launch. The company may also soon bring it’s special Galaxy S10 5G to the country when the market is ready.

Realme 3 Nightscape Low-Light Photography Mode Coming To Older Realme Smartphones

The much-touted Nightscape mode on Realme 3 will soon be available on other other Realme smartphones as well. The new Nightscape mode helps to improve low light photography. It will now help all other Realme smartphones capture better photos in low-light. The company till now has released 35 OTAs for its range of smartphones in last nine months since launch in May 2018.

Vivo V15 India Launch On March 15

Vivo has confirmed the launch of V15 in the country on March 15. The smartphone is going to be a toned down version of the Vivo V15 Pro. It has already launched in Thailand, and the Pro variant will soon be available for sale in India. Vivo V15 will have a larger 6.53-inches display, MediaTek’s Helio P70 instead of Snapdragon 675 and slightly larger 4,000mAh battery. It will retain the 32MP pop-up selfie camera and other hardware from V15 Pro.

Idea Sakhi Women Safety Application For Women Announced

To celebrate International Women’s Day, Idea has announced a new app safety application called Idea Shakti. Available for both prepaid and postpaid customers   Idea Shakti will help women to contact someone in an emergency, which also shares live location. Idea Sakhi service will work anytime and anywhere even if the subscriber does not have any data or voice balance on their number.
