This Wednesday, Indian multinational restaurant aggregator & food delivery platform, Zomato introduced an AI-powered, no-code customer support platform, Nugget on Monday.

This platform promises to help in making the handling of customer queries more efficient.
“Introducing Nugget—an AI-native, no-code customer support platform,” said the Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal while making this announcement in a post on X.
Further adding that Nugget is designed to make scaling support easy for businesses of all sizes, in his post.
According to Goyal, “Nugget helps businesses scale support effortlessly – highly customisable, low-cost, no dev team needed. No rigid workflows, just seamless automation.”

While talking about this platform, Goyal listed the three key features of Nugget in his post, it is listed below.
1. Resolves up to 80 per cent of queries autonomously
2. Learns and adapts in real-time
3. Requires zero code
The Nugget platform has been developed over three years as an internal tool.
Further, Goyal said that it empowers over 15 million support interactions per month across Zomato, Blinkit, and Hyperpure presently.
“Built over 3 years as an internal tool, Nugget now powers 15M+ support interactions/month for Zomato, Blinkit and Hyperpure. We’re now opening it up to businesses worldwide—90% of companies who’ve seen Nugget have signed up,” the Zomato CEO said.
When it comes to Nugget, it is the first product from Zomato Labs.
More Exciting Launches In Future
Moving ahead, Goyal said, “Our incubator for in-house innovations. More exciting launches are coming soon.”
“Founders: Stuck in a contract with a legacy provider? We’ll give you Nugget for free for the remainder of your term.”Goyal in his post, said, while making an appealing offer.
After this arrival of Nugget, Zomato seems poised to change the way businesses approach customer support.
